2019年9月18日～20日にポルトガル・ブラガンサにて開催されたthe 11th International Conference of Predictive Modelling in Food (ICPMF11) において、日浦 聡子さん（食品加工工学研究室・修士課程1年）がYoung Researcher Best Oral Presentation で2nd Prizeを受賞しました。
この賞はポスドクを含む若手研究者の発表の中から、研究内容およびプレゼンテーションの評価が高かった発表に授与されるものです。
