平成２９年１０月３日から６日にカナダのケベック市で開催されたInternational Conference on Polyphenols and Health 2017にて，食品栄養学研究室の田中誠也さん（博士課程２年）がポスター賞を受賞しました。

Melibiose, a non-digestible disaccharide, promotes the digestion and absorption of quercetin glycosides in rat small intestine
