Curriculum

Master’s course

All the lectures, research work, and thesis work will be conducted in English. Students in the Master’s course are required to take some lectures from the course list. Total of at least 30 credits are required to complete a Master Course (At least 4 credits from the General Compulsory Elective Subjects, 12 credits from the Compulsory Subjects of his/her division and at least 2 credits from the Compulsory Elective Subjects of his/her division). Students are expected to write a thesis in English based on research conducted during the course. A student will be given 12 credits (Compulsory Subjects), if he/she passes the thesis examination. Students who meet the completion requirement will be awarded a Master (Agriculture). Students must finish their study within two years. Basically extension is not allowed without special circumstances.

Doctoral course

All the research work and thesis work will be conducted in English. Total of at least 12 credits from the Compulsory Subjects are required to complete a Doctoral Course. Students are expected to write a thesis in English based on research conducted during the course and submit this thesis to examiners in the special program for evaluation. A student will be given 12 credits (Compulsory Subjects) and awarded a Ph. D. (Agriculture), if he/she has completed the course with satisfactory academic performance. Students must finish their thesis within three years. Basically extension is not allowed without special circumstances.
