Frontiers in Production Sciences
The aim is to develop technology that advances the functional development and use of crops and other botanical resources and ensures the sustainable reproduction of such resources, and to establish effective social, distribution and utilization systems. For example, the course covers the production of food and the like, which are indispensable to human survival, the recycling of various biomass resources, and social science related to the distribution/utilization of products. The creation of new energy from unused cellulosic biomass and the expansion of robotics technology in society are parts of frontier science.
