シーズの概要

これまでに育成されたてんさい維持系統の解析から、共通する遺伝子を見出し、これらを識別できるDNAマーカーセットを開発。

アピールポイント

ミトコンドリアと核の両方について調べることができる。選抜実証実験により、効果があることを確認。

活用例

育種機関における維持系統選抜。育成経過の不明な品種について、通常の三系交配か、種子親×維持系統の単交配か、あるいは維持系統のみを用いた三系交配かを推定。
